Sorry if you've had to answer this already some of the responses and questions confused me. But when on my server the colored boxes wont appear however the text i set for the way point will. Im assuming the response "It seems to vary from server to server but seems to be caused by other HUD-related addons, such as a change to the Voice Chat display or an Objectives display." is the what it is but is there any known mods that cause this issue?

Sometimes the color markers work and sometimes they dont. I have yet to actually reproduce this issue in my testing so I cant say what causes it. It seems to vary from server to server but seems to be caused by other HUD-related addons, such as a change to the Voice Chat display or an Objectives display. I also have reports that the addon "Bucket's Optimizations" may cause the problem. But I cannot narrow it down to any specific addons currently.

your issue is moreso an issue of "your screen is small so its going to be harder to see shit" than anything else. If you feel so inclined feel free to just change all the "1920" in the weapon lua to "1280" and "1080" to "720" or whatever other resolution you want in the weapon's derma function but for the most part i just cba to clone from git to my pc just to change those two values and then back again. Alternative is you could probably just change your game resolution to 1080p and it would be fine, but you still might not be able to see it well cos your monitor is low res
