Old Factory 3 Pack - Brick (Ploppable RICO)

This pack contains 7 buildings, all sharing textures and all complete with RICO settings.

A few months ago I realised that this building was actually really easy to convert into different size variations, so I decided to make some and update the original. I changed the roof texture, improved the windows and added a few extra details. I also made sure the LODs would share one texture instead of have different ones for each of them, which took longer than the updates. :P Lastly I decided to add a color mask that would allow the bricks to have different colors, which is why I finally decided to just reupload the original along with all the new variations.

I got a little side tracked from this project when the roofs were bare and I ended up updating and releasing more rooftop props. But I got there in the end. I am ofc also planning to make concrete variations as well as the residential/office variations with nicer windows. I'm not sure which I'll do first, but whichever I pick I'm sure I'll get sidetracked with something else that's needed. :P
