描述
Update: In an effort to improve consistency with proficiency faction classes:

Removed Mentally Awake from the GTS.

Moved Lighting Reflexes to Sgt. in the Psiblade Tree.
Moved Null Ward to first TC pool.
Added Mentally Awake to second TC pool.
Removed Singe as it didn't work consistently with Shard Gauntlets in my experience (also reduces the requirements for the mod).

Existing Soldiers will be unaffected unless you rebuild them using console commands.

This is my personal Templar rebalance, designed to fill the gap until Shiremct finishes his Proficiency Templar. As a result it doesn't follow that naming convention, but my own from Psionics Ex Machina.


The Templar now has 3 full perk trees, rebalanced slightly to delay their power creep somewhat.
The Templar also now has 2 Training Centre perk pools, covering ranks 2-4 and 5-7, the same way Proficiency classes work. In the same vein as my Proficiency Community Perk Plugin works, those pools each have 6 perks, for a total of 12 available, distributed to the class in a 3 + 3 format.

One of the main aims of the rebalance was to reduce the generation of Focus to a degree, which meant both Overcharge and Channel moved from core tree perks to Training Centre perks.

I used Supreme Focus as a base for this mod, however it is not required as I decided against use of those perks. Any rebalance to stats has been copied however.

You'll have to do any changes manually as I have no plans to further support this mod as it's original purpose was as a fill in while we waited for Proficiency Templar, which has now been out for a long time. Thank you for prompting me to update the title to show this.

So I've downloaded Iridar's Perk Pack so I can use Soul Shot, but it seems that I need to add that in manually, I assume I just pop it into the classdata.ini file correct or do I have to remove a power in order for it to show up?.

Or do you plan to introduce his Perk Pack into this mod as well, so Soul Shot can be used?

This mod doesn't touch the perks themselves, so no.

Hi, is it possible to make deflect or reflect cost 1 focus every time it procs?
For example, max templar reflect per turn will be 3 times max at full focus.

That's because Recruitable Templars aren't actual Templars, they are a custom soldier class copying Templar skill trees. Only way to make them have this tree setup is to overwrite their set trees.

Finished my campaign with this mod overhauling my Templars. No issues were encountered and I very much like the altered skill trees that sources focus gain solely on killing targets which keeps their playstyle more consistent throughout the campaign. They still remain fairly strong with other Hero classes, especially with inclusion of Bladestorm into their skill tree that further solidifies their role as melee units.

As both mods adjust the xcomclassdata.ini for the templar.. on the surface, no.
But with some simple .ini config edits to slot Supreme Focus (back) into the class tree, yes.
