[TETRA] Prototype Tank Nr 643

This is a another concept tank manufactured by TETRA Corporation. This one involves experimental cannon mount setup (sometimes slamming the cannon mount there is possibility of jamming. To fix it try to repeatedly ``jiggle`` the cannon mount up and down) Anyways, the engineers ditched the laser targeting and replaced it with a spud targeter. This may need more research and testing.
