Skull King + Legendary Expansion [Better Table Setup]

I simply made a few quality-of-life changes:

- Easy-to-use score tracker
- Corrected card sizes and backs so they are no longer identifiable in players' hands
- Made the bid cards single-sided so that players can place the cards whenever they are ready and reveal them simultaneously

Skull King is a trick-taking and bidding card game. Players play 10 rounds in which they draw up to 10 cards (depending on the round number) and secretly bid on how many tricks they think they will win. If you bid correctly, you score points! Different cards and suits interact with one another in fun and interesting ways to mix things up, especially with the expansion content!
