Phantasio only wrestled one time on WWF TV, defeating Tony DeVito on a 1995 episode of Wrestling Challenge.

During the match, Phantasio magically removed his opponent's underwear before rolling him up for a three count. After the match, he removed referee Earl Hebner's striped underwear.

Phantasio scored a victory on a house show a short while later, then disappeared from the WWF entirely.

The man under the face paint (and mask), Harry Del Rios, wrestled as The Spellbinder for the USWA and appeared as the character once on Monday Night Raw in 1997.
