描述
This is architect Kenzo Tange's house in Seijo, Tokyo, built in 1953. It is unknown if this house exists in real life today as the only pictures of it available are either renders, scale models, or pictures from over 60 years ago. I decided to make this house because it appeared in the Kizumonogatari movie trilogy.

3x2 Level 6 Unique Building

- 3.2k tris
- 2048x512 textures

LOD:
- 500 tris
- 64x32 textures

Notes
This asset took 3 days to make.

No props included. Detail however you like!

Colours of the materials used has been matched according to how it appeared in the Kizumonogatari movie trilogy as all existing photographs of the actual building are in black and white. I apologize for any inaccuracies in colour

I will not be making a growable version since this was a one-of-a-kind house, hence its classification as a unique building in-game.

Hi i'm an architecture student currently doing a project where im looking into traditional japanese construction methods. Im not quite familiar with this game...? is it possible to download the model in any other 3d file formats, so take a close look?

@nilepereiraa I finished most of the mesh for the building, just adding detail now. I am not very proficient at texturing so that's going to take some time. If you want to talk more in detail add the account that uploaded the Monogatari Radio CSL Music Mod, I will publish from that account

@Peepeedik I actually am planning to make it lol. I'd love to see your progress on it! I'm currently making the Sekiguchi Church/St. Mary's Cathedral, Tokyo which was also designed by Kenzo Tange.

Amazing work.
Seeing you are also making assets from Monogatari, I am just wondering if you have any plans on making the Yamanashi Culture Hall (the abandoned cram school is modelled after it).
I am asking because I am actually half way through modelling the Yamanashi Cultural Hall myself and will probably finish it in a week. It would be awkward if we made the same thing lol.
