Spiral Knights Shield Pack

A knight should not be without their shield!
Introducing the Spiral Knights Shield Pack!

This pack adds 87 shields (40 models and 47 skins) from Spiral Knights as spawnable props.

Do note that this is NOT every shield from Spiral Knights, for a full list of every shield that is and isn't included in this pack, click here.
This pack DOES NOT support bone-merging.
But it DOES support the use of the "SK Model Color" tool from the "Spiral Knights Player Models & Ragdolls" add-on regarding shields with prismatic aspects.
It is recommended but not necessary to have that enabled alongside this pack to have access to the tool.

This is my first add-on so if you see any discrepancies or issues, I'll gladly hear them out and fix them if you'd like to point them out instead of outright saying it's bad.

I do not own the resources required to have made this pack, all credit goes to Grey Havens for the resources and Eti for the model exporter. I simply modified some textures and ported the shields for use in Gmod.

The only issue:
The lighting on the jelly shields are a bit unusual, use with caution or turn on full-bright to possibly circumvent this.


Knights not included.


Edit: Thank you for the support. I'm sad to say the update came with an issue but once I find proper help to fix it, I'll be able to update it once again. If i get it that is...

Sadly not, I'm not that experienced with add-on creation, so these will just remains props to pose with, I do like the idea though.

Swords can be found in the same knight model pack that I linked below in a previous comment, listing it as a feature alongside the knight models:

• All swords with all their available skins.

Kind of like a two in one deal, which is quite nice.

strange, the pictures here have the swords from the game but i havent seen any addons related to them, a future upload perhaps?

This pack does not come with knight models as stated, this pack is only shields to compliment the knight model pack. You can find the knight models and the SK Model Color tool here.

The short answer is yes, it's only a matter of time but I can't confirm when.
I already have my sights on doing all guns next unless someone else beats me to the punch. I'm currently waiting on a new version of the exporter that hopefully supports effects to attach to guns, since a lot of guns wouldn't look the same without them. If not, I'll just have to work with what I'm given and hopefully It'll work it out in the end.
