[REC] Draconis class destroyer Mk.3

The Draconis class destroyer is part of the big 3 of mainline REC capital ships, the Polaris class cruiser, Draconis class destroyer, and Calliope class aerospace cruiser. Being the oldest of the 3 the ship got another refit, adding an additional missile turret, more durable hull and better visibility for the bridge. It also includes a much more neat control panel. The interior is mostly unchanged.
