For whatever reason I decided to make a fictional member of the DX class.

In real life the highest numbered DX used to be 5517 (not counting DXR's 8007 and 8022), but 5045 ended up being renumbered as DXC 5520 in the early 2000's. As such, 5520 is now the highest-numbered DX.

Getting those things to look like EF's would be impossible, simply because they're centre-cab engines (and not ones with a cab at each end, like the EF's).
