Plattenbau Tower No.3

Hello Folks,

part of a series of East-German prefab-buildings, I present you yet another asset:

Based on the common East-German prefab-standard P2, this 14-floor housing tower with a 4x4 footprint is unique to the cities of Dessau and Halle (Saale).

Given the shape of the building, its referred to as "Ypsilon-Hochhaus" or "Y-Haus", which simply could be translated to "Y-House". Its Original holds 90 flats and stands ~40 meters tall in the center of Dessau. 3 of these buildings have been built between 1969 and 1971 in Dessau, and another 5 in Halle.

This asset features a lot of details, a colormap and is RICO enabled. It also shares its texture with Plattenbau Tower No.4, so users of the Loading screen mod can save on RAM here.

It should be noted that the model is overlapping the 4x4 lot, so it should be manually placed, or adjusted with "Move it!".
