This addon will make your psychopathic tendencies even worse! G-deaths is an addon that makes npc ragdolls flail and twitch on the ground when they are killed and it is also compatible with any ragdoll physics mod (I think).

I do not know how to code and will not be able to fix/change the ragdolls twitching time, stop asking
