[OBSOLETE] Plattenbau 5-Floor No.4

Hello Folks,

part of a series of East-German prefab-buildings, I present you yet another asset:

Based on the common East-German prefab-standard WBS70, this 5-floor housing block with a 3x3 footprint features detailed balconies and colormapping.
This building can be placed in flush next to each other and some of my other Plattenbau assets, especially Plattenbau Corner No.2
