迪默卡PNB118大楼澳洲墨尔本的Fender Katsalidis建筑公司负责设计，由韩国三星集团负责建设，高644米，整个项目将分3个阶段进行，占地19英亩，估计整个工程于2024年竣工，首期工程将于2020年竣工。而首期工程则是兴建默迪卡PNB118大楼和7层购物中心，耗资50亿令吉。
Fender katsalidis construction company in Melbourne, Australia is responsible for the design of pnb118 building in demerca. It is built by Samsung group of South Korea. It is 644M high. The whole project will be carried out in three stages, covering 19 acres. It is estimated that the whole project will be completed in 2024 and the first phase will be completed in 2020. The first phase of the project is to build a 7-storey shopping centre and a pnb118 building at a cost of RM5 billion.
