Integrate Puppet Fleets

This mod adds a decision to transfer a puppet nation's navy directly under your command, allowing you to merge its fleets with your own for more efficient, or wider naval coverage - or to simply make your own navy bigger, of course.

Navies can be integrated from subjects at the puppet autonomy level for the cost of 300 political power and 10 naval experience.

It is however much cheaper to integrate fleets from integraded puppets, as it only costs 150 political power in that case.

Of course, by annexing a subject, you can still get their fleets for free!

It will be up to you to decide whether you want to spend a greater amount of influence to get their forces faster, or to save resources, gradually lowering their autonomy to get their fleets later, but at a much reduced price.

Save Game Compatible.

Should also be compatible with most other mods, though will be incompatible with any mods that alter the default autonomy states that puppets can have (Such as Kaiserreich)
