Turns the boat and all the structures on it according to the steering wheel.

Version 1.3:
* Greatly simplify the mod with the latest boat refresh. This should enhance compatibility with other mods.

Well, I'm thinking it may causing from other mods mixing up too, but I managed to get around with restart a character and it worked. Next up with the raft doesn't seem to rotate when playing with other players or that may be my mods I got in the pack again somehow. :3

It's great, but some characters can't jump on the boat for some reason. :3
