描述
Enables Kaiser Wilhelm II,III or IV portrait and leader selection for democratic and neutral Germany.

Available under decisions/political actions once you are democratic/neutral and not in a civil war.

Completely standalone mod that should be compatible for a long period of patches.

can you please make wilhem the leader for non alinged party as a decision because i like the non alinged the flag more than the red gold and black one also democracy has so much debuffs

Its first of all a great mod, really love it.
But can you make the Kaiserwahl also for the Neutral Party and not just the Democratic Party?

@The Kaiser Its not from the base game. Its the one from wikipedia where he is with his brother Louis Ferdinand. I dont know wheter I should use the one in the thumbnail or the one I have currently in place. If you have any good ones please feel free to tell me where to find them :D
