[REC] Hammerhead class light frigate

With the growing threat of LKF as rumors of more alto and squadrons being formed and more starhammer class cruisers coming online, REC knew that their convoys that kept their stations supplied would be threatened sooner or later. In response to this, at least one more Stanton class dreadnought was ordered, and more frigates and smaller ships began development. The latter had the result of producing 2 designs, one of which is still in development, while the other is the Hammerhead class light frigate. The Hammerhead class is designed for convoy and fleet escort and excels at fighter screening due to it's large amount of point defense turrets. It also has a landing pad for carrying a fighter such as a lightning.
