Welcome to Fayeddd's Asset
Hello! Please enjoy this quick-made asset.

About The Asset
The asset is a single tower building with 11x11 cell size.
Created with 'next level' illumination maps and LOD support.
The building is based on old proposed design of Jakarta Tower.

Triangles: 4295 Triangles / LOD: 1324Triangles (I am sorry, I cant reduce it anymore)
Maps: 1024x / LOD: 256x
Total Height: 591 meters tall
Category: Unique Building
Keyword: "Jakarta"

I recommend you to use Ultimate Level of Detail Mod (ULOD) https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1680642819 since the building is really tall. Eventhough I can guarantee the lod is seamless with the original model.

@Aitortilla01 Yes it will, but probably not with this design. The existing land was bought by another developer. They are changing the plan into a superblock--1 office tower + 5 residential skyscrapers. The residential are so outstanding in the area, but the office is not in final design and not built yet. One thing for sure they are planning to make it tallest in ID though.
