Hokkaido(Japan)

In World War II, Soviet Russia successfully invaded Japan. This land would become a cornerstone of Soviet Russia's maritime hegemony in the North Pacific.

In Hokkaido, exports by land are difficult, but Hakodate (to the southeast) can export to the Japanese Democratic Republic, and Wakkanai (to the north) can export to Western countries via the Soviet Union.

Resources have been allocated based on real-world data from the Geological Society, resource miners, and local museums.

The country is rich in iron and coal, but there are few oil fields and almost none for uranium.
