Model ported from XPS..

This model was done as a commission

The Model Includes:
- Valvebiped Bones
- 30+ Facial Flexes
- 3 Bodygroups [Glasses, Hat, Police Stick]
- Separate Models for Glasses , Hat and Police Stick aswell
- 4 Meme Flexes
- Glowing Eyes Skin!

Note: The model had too many bones so it was compiled in 2 parts, the main model (Lucia.mdl)
and the Upper Body (LuciaUpper.mdl). You have to import both the models and lock the transforms from the upper body to the main model and hit Playhead.
Don't rotate the Head Bone too much as it messes up the mesh.. Seems to be an issue with the original model so I couldn't fix it.
