(HV CPU Tier 1, Class 1, Unlock Level 5, Alpha 12)

Primary roles: Scouting, Hunting, Mountain climbing, Survival utility, Inexpensive, No rare resources, Quick build time.

The Skaar is a new faction of human space pirates, raiders, mercenaries, and scrappers. This is the fourth build with more to come in the future. The Outrider is an inexpensive very maneuverable scouting HV. It comes with 2 gatling guns, 1 minigun turret, 1650 storage, 2 large cargo boxes, wifi, detector, fridge, armor locker, o2 and dispenser. It excels at conquering rough terrain and is fuel efficient. A fun agile craft to get around, scout out the map, and do some hunting and resource gathering. The Skaar commonly use this as a scout when doing contraband runs with a another yet unreleased craft. (Lore) It also has 1 RCS to give a nice boost making it able to pull wheelies. :)

Offense and Defense

The hull is made with a combination of steel and cargo extensions. It comes with 2 gatling guns, 1 minigun turret, and 100 ammo storage which is enough for 1000 15 mm rounds which both weapon types use.
