[REC] Havoc class light bomber

In response to LKF aggression in the area and with their new Orion class bomber replacing the aged Oberon class bomber, the REC quickly realized that only having a torpedo bomber wasn't going to cut it. In response to the Orion the REC quickly developed the Havoc class bomber. Equipped with 2 rocket launchers, and 2 reloadable rocket launchers the Havoc is well suited for bombing roles. It also mainly relies on batteries to power it, only having 3 small reactors making its's range relatively limited compared to the Marauder. It's most commonly seen working alongside Aegis class escort carriers due to them being smaller than a Marauder thus being able to be crammed in smaller hangars.
