Livonian Riflemen's Union

描述
The
Livonian Riflemen's Union
is a mod based around the Lithuanian Riflemen's Union.
Everything from the concept to the weapons and unit sizes is based on the real life counterpart.
It fulfills a role lacking in the LDF - a well trained, but less equipped light infantry force.

The modification depends on the Global Mobilization CDLC, but also the GM LDF retexture by Anthrax

The weapons in use by the LRU include the G3, MG3, MP5 and SPAR17.
In terms of vehicles, the LRU receives mostly transport:
Offroads,
Vans,
BTR-60PA's,
BTR-60PU's
and to fullfill the armed scout role, a BRDM2

The original idea for the mod came from Anthrax, so thanks to him. Thanks to the GM community for their help and input.

There isn't a HK 51 in the mod, nor in any of the pictures.

while chances are that they're gonna stay blufor, the english voices and faces are a known issue and it'll be fixed for the next update.

you should move them to greenfor with the regular ldf, they also are using english voices and faces instead of livonian

Yeah that's something I'm really considering for the next update. The armored vehicles (BTR's and BRDM's) are gonna stay with the LDF camo, but the van (and possibly an additional quadbike) will get olive.

I think the vehicles would look a lot more like the real LRU if they were painted in olive instead of the LDF's or the FIA's camo. Or use one of the FIA's more green-ish camo's, the van always spawns in an arid FIA camo for me (which doesn't really fit in with the rest of the vehicles, the offroad also always spawns in olive, neither using the FIA or LDF camo).
