This is fantastic work, thank you! The setups are so-so-so helpful and everything being kept to a minimum is beyond a relief.

May I suggest naming the industrial crates "Impassable terrain" for the tooltip hover?
Personally I prefer to keep all stratagems in my hand, so having the tactics next to the discard piles 'unlocked' and doubling the faction and specialist boxes would be ideal.
There are only one of each token for each side - I can see that going wrong if not used correctly. Any chance of replacing them with a locked infinite bag of the same mesh?

That's all the QoL suggestions I have, the rest is perfect.
