Weighted Training Equipment

描述
This is a simple, and lore-friendly mod that adds 2 items. 20kg combat weights, and 50kg combat weights. These weights are repurposed prisoner shackles with more iron attached that massively reduce combat stats for tranining purposes.

How do you get the items you ask? Research and then craft at the Plate Armour Smithy.

Both weights reduce weapon and martial arts skills by the same amount as they weigh.

This mod is probably (?) compatible with Genesis... but it has no requirements except for you to press subscribe.

Oh also adding more then one or two research project won't really make a difference as long as your not overwriting anything from the other mod. The reason why this won't conflict is because there is literally nothing interacting with other mods if OP was correct. Im going to assume the other guy just assumed? I dunno this game engine is weird.

If all this does is add ONE or TWO research projects plus the items themselfs and nothing else it should work with pretty much anything i see no reason why it wouldn't.

I have genesis too and it works just fine

Well shit if you have them then they work, sole reason i wrote that is because a dude said he couldnt get them with genesis.

what ways are they incompatable with genesis? do they simply not give extra xp? i just read that now and i have weights on my characters

As much as I appreciate mods and love me some weight training... by the time Ive researched plate smithy etc... I dont need my chars to train anymore. Maybe for a couple new ones ok... weight training should be such a beginner game thing... I dunno, some rocks to find that weigh a ton or something *g*

If author wont change it its trivial to do it yourself, just open forgotten construction, find training dummies in research tab, open it, choose add armour and add weights 20kg and 50kg. Will take you 10 minutes max if you never tried this interface before but it is super easy to do.

just hook your items to training dummies 1 and 2 tech. I dont know any mod out there that removes them, including genesis.
