描述
Dee the shark took a wrong turn and some weirdo's tried coming up to her to ask if she needs help, the nerve of them.

This is the first release version of the character, I'm not an expert on the game so any feedback and balance comments is very appreciated and I'll try to address it in the next update

@renhoek first bravo very clean animation and a good move set. some changes I would like to see it that, give Neutral B a charge option, dash attack hit box improvement, and not having side B fall down as it goes so it can be used as a recovery option.
