This is the Eighth released item of the North Korea DPRK collection and it consists of Top Elite Apartments.

It houses up to 745 people with 97% quality lofts. Designed mostly for people in the upper echelon of Juche Society.

The Sugni Loft Building is a residential building in Pyongyang, North Korea, located at the intersection of Sungni St and Mansudae St, close to Sungni metro station. Also it is close to the official portraits of the DPRK leaders.

At night the residents leave all the lights up and invite their people over for late study sessions and private parties. Others just stay up late reading, on their computers, watching the Juche Estate TV. (but some just watch smuggled South Korean Soap Operas)


Edit: Flat qualities in DPRK have changed by order of our Dear Leader in the streets:

Kyonghung 47%
Taehak 57%
Mansudae 67%
Kwangbok 77%
Tongil 87%
Sungni 97%
Ryugyong 100%

These buildings look wonderful within a city. I have tried them as a "test" and realise how unique they look with their style.
I will try others you have made to compliment them.
I am glad that you haven't applied a too high quality standard, that adds to their realism.

The worst building in the game is 65%, make it that if anything. And no buildings in Asia have space, its the usual.

I put 47% quality because it is way too crowded and it is also cheap to build. It suits my vision that this buildings at Sungni Street are actually propaganda buildings but that people that live inside them don't have much in terms of Space and Luxury. Even when it comes to having a nice Kitchen or a Bathroom. I would say it is mostly just for show.
