replace "v_golfclub.vvd" (junk file) "v_golfclub.mdl" and "v_golfclub.dx90.vtx" (junk file)

works now thanks, i also have a clean install of the game and very limited mods installed but i also see some errors in the console for late precache of some models so maybe this update has other issues.

I disabled all my addons and only subscribed to this to test . It works just fine .

Your case sounds like the animation file is missing or being overridden , I tried to rename the animation file and hope that solves your issue .

the golf club viewmodel is invisible in game for me.
