As long as the style works then you don’t need to worry at all about that message — it may be props or things that were not included by me for one reason or another, or it could be your machine hitting a memory or pagefile limit and simply not downloading assets you’ve subscribed to.
This style includes very small buildings which the game does not want to spawn, so it will not work if you paint an area and assign this District Style to that area; any existing barracks will disappear, even though they have been assigned to this Style. I work around this by only using this for commercial areas and let the residential areas grow organically, bulldozing homes that don’t fit until the barracks spawn, then make them historical.
In addition, per the previous comments, I do not have an 'update button' within the styles tab. Is there a mod or a simple way to organize styles and their contained assets. Does themes do this? Using theme manager I combined the 'missing' assets with the district style assets and some additional assets. Is the styles tab obsolete or am I just using these subscriptions wrong?
I believe there are commercial assets but I don’t recall if there are office assets in this Collection.
Closed game, relaunched, and now there are three of that district style, two new ones which contain all the assets. But i did not update/share or save in any way, shape, or form.
This system is very clunky and not intuitive....
Did you see the other message before i erased it?
