I think the only new ones since I played last is No Negative Generals Movement Trait Effects and The Lost Domains Rebalanced(More Regions For FOTS) which has been deactivated throughout this Sengoku Jidai playthrough, but is above all my active mods
You could download Rusted PackFile Manager (RPFM) and use it to open my mod file. You could then edit the variables mentioned by EndyCore in this thread to something that fits your taste better.

I would recommend that you write a warning in the description to place your mods before Darth Mod, and maybe even make it even slower, like my values.
