What you need (to place the building) :

Move it
Building Anarchy

Recommended:

NAR track because they are thinner,the are not buggy put close together and they are American style.
As you see in the shots above, they work well together

However it is not a must

Ah, ok. I understand. Why not to create another one which they are going to work with Industries DLC with another several pack.
It's just a suggestion.

@mjm92150: I could make them work with industries. But i dont know what there purpose would be,cause you would alwys need all the extra buildings around to accomodate the use of the buildings.Wich in turn would probably change much of the aesthetics many are after.

Cool, these look great. Also, this reminded me of a craft brewery near me called Coal Tipple brewing. They have a beer called "Nippy Tipple". Going to have to go get some now...
