This mod, the one that does it to dust bandits, and the one which does it to the outlaw/rebel farmer swordsman are some of my favourites! I really enjoy the variety.

i'll take it just for the flavor. i understand that more organized factions would have more standardized sets, but low tier factions should definitely be more random.
