Have you ever wanted an ideology that completely and utterly frisks up the game faster than you can say 'keanu wholesome 100'? Welcome to the Big Chungus Ideology where every month there's another civil war and the wholesome 100 memelord himself is to blame. -70% wargoal time and -90% on majors, Along with the fact that any country can go Big Chungus and become breathtaking makes fun for the Whole-Some Family!

If this mod gets more support i'll add in more stuff, such as an actual Chungus Advisor and maybe changing the title music to big big chungus
