Welcome to Fayeddd's Asset
Please enjoy my other asset in Cities Skylines.

About Regatta Apartments
Regatta Apartments has an iconic design that is taken from the nautical theme with the sail as the core idea, built into a brilliant architectural concept and perfectly translated by Atkins - the architect of Burj Al Arab into a beautiful reality. The clusters of the buildings represent elegant sailing yachts departing from the cardinal points of a compass, giving rise to its name 'Regatta'. Regatta has become a landmark of Jakarta.

About The Asset
The asset is created with 'next level' illumination map and LOD support.

The asset can be found in the 'Unique Building'. But since in the real life, Regatta Complex have four identical towers, so I recommend to download "Not So Unique Building" to be able build it multiple times.

@Jke I am not sure, whether you are a troll or what. It has the LOD as I said in the description. 256x256 maps, less triangles, etc.

Great to see you in CS Fayeddd. I also remember your buildings from XL, and this one i used a lot in my cities. Aitortilla is also around andbringing some buildings from XL. Someone get Monty in here, please!

@barcasam7 Yes I am :) thanks for the suggestion, might check it out when I have relevant building. For now, it is better to be unique as it is.

@MZR311 No, it is not. I think the building is too unique to be used in RICO (ID) Terlalu unik untuk dibuat RICO. Malah aneh kalau tiba-tiba gedung beginian muncul di tengah-tengah kota. Layaknya, emang di pinggir pantai atau emang tempat khusus.
