01: The Gap

描述
[Briefing]

Your mission is simple. Wipe out the trio of Nod bases to the North.

The defense post located at the gap mid-north of your location is the key to gaining control. It is heavily fortified. Secure this post to successfully advance your position.

Nod is expecting heavy reinforcements in the area.

Thank you, ghost, but after I entered the user map,Download complete 01: the gap cannot use this map。Then how to play the game. Or load a map?

Hi 倾城倾国倾城舞, You have to do this the long way unfortunately... So on the Tiberian Dawn main menu screen click ‘Mission Select’, then on the next page click the far right tab to select the Custom Missions, then click ‘User Maps’, then search ‘01: The Gap' specifically’, you will see it, click ‘Download’ and Enjoy :)

upon playing through it again.. I noticed the squad of enemy engineers reinforced by hovercraft at the South .. their command is to start capturing your buildings.. however there's a bug whereby multiple engineers attempt to capture the same building at the same time.. as a result the building isn't captured and the engineer infantry units get stuck inside the building and are NOT visible to the player... was lucky enough that one of my tanks was beside the building and shot them down.. but i'm Guessing that this may have happened on your playthrough.

Unfortunately the win condition doesn't work but it was a fun and challenging map nonetheless, well done Ghost!

Hah! :steamhappy: not sure what happened there..i'm guessin there may have been a stealth tank plonked somewhere or one of the SAMs hiding in the trees still intact maybe!? oh well...Cheers man, hope ya dig!

Hey, thought I'd give your missions a whirl! I'm pretty sure I killed everything on the map but I don't get mission accomplished. A transport came with some dudes who attacked a random tree (?) so thought that might be it, but nope. Oh well, I'll count it as a win :P
