I had that problem as well, I'm not sure why it happens either but the move worked perfectly as intended in Ringside Check, which by all accounts is basically just a match.

I don't know why but whenever I preview this animation, there's a glitched out frame during the submission part where his arm warps to the wrong position for a split second. It's not there in the gif preview.
