Adds the ability to adjust the length of the day, dusk and night.

NOTE!!! The sum of the parts of the day should be 16.
For example: day 3 + evening 0 + night 13 = 16.
Otherwise, the server will not start.

You can also turn off any part of the day. (You need to set the part of the day parameter to 0)

could you also add a setting that lets you set different day settings for different seasons? like being able to set 13 segs of dusk for summer and 2 segs of day for winter for example
