The set includes lamps as they were typically found at the train stations and train depots of the Deutsche Reichsbahn in the GDR. There are different types of lamps and masts at heights of 5-12m

This is a Mod for the GDR covers 1950 - 1990 there was no security cams or something like that ;-)
But maybe a suggestion for future projects.

No, the lamps don't light anything. Just like all lights in TPF2, because the game engine simply does not allow it.
In fact a day / night change was never considered, so it was never necessary for UG to integrate this.
