Blastcore Tracers GM Patch

GM compatibility patch for "Blastcore Tracers - Foxfort edit".

Use this to enable Blastcore tracers for GM's vehicles and weapons.

There are a few issues, one being that I couldn't get the BMP's HEAT and HE shells to work properly, they would fire giant hexagon blobs so I left as vanilla. Other issues are on the GM side where certain magazine classes have no tracers, like the AP rounds for the KPVT machineguns.

Everything else should hopefully work.
