The Jacket player model from Hotline Miami made for some of my friends.
This is not the same as Lucky92's one, this one contains only Jacket model and is much lighter than the first one.

@fatass i have a theory that its just a HUGE fanboy of hotline miami, as there is a hotline miami arcade cabinet in jackets room, and hotline miami came out in 2012 , and PD2 takes place around 2013, it wouldn't be too far fetched.....

there is a missing texture skin. what mod do i need or game to see it, and also please make it so where u can remove the mask, or put link of the oringnal

Jacket in Payday 2 is canon, its Jacket's son from a former gf, and the commisar had jacket killed in prison during PD2s version of the story, no nukes, just a dead Jacket and a vengful son.
