Vote-Skip-Night

A mod that allows players to vote to skip nights.
50% of the players must have voted by typing "!skip" in direct chat during the night.
10 seconds after enough players vote to skip, the time will be set to 4AM.
Chat will automatically advertise the system every 10mins at night so players can utilize it.
