描述
Adds a rough swamper hat to the game which is essentially just the swamp version of the Sandogasa.

This hat will be worn by some swampers and can be bought alongside its blueprint from swamp clothing stores.

Did this get fixed yet? I removed it from my game because no one was wearing it, couldn't find a blueprint and no one sold it. Thanks.
