Cutout Vignette

A Cutout Vignette Effect.

Features:
You can achieve a solid 'Cutout' (default) or a 'Vignette effect'.
You can 'Skew' the effect.
You can also invert the whole effect.
And there's a few experimental settings to achieve a fairly unique outcome (see screenshots above).
