Описание
A small brick building which functions as an electrical substation. A bit dilapidated and overgrown, but it will still produce some power for your city!

It's just a building, without props or extra details. If you want to build a substation or transformer yard (where you'll often find these kinds of buildings) then you'll find these assets useful too:
Railway Power Substation (Prop Pack)
Japan Substation Set 1

It's placeable anywhere (on ground, no road connection) but it appears in the parks menu because of the template I used? Use Find It and Move It mods to easily find, place, and adjust it ingame.

It uses 2,526 tris and a 1024x1024 texture set, there's also a custom LOD.

@TurtleShroom when you take power usage per household from this game and compare it to real-life statistics it's pretty clear that the game uses MW/day (24hrs) instead of MW/h so 10MW actually means 400kWh. If you care about realism you should also know that substations don't even generate electricity. For the most part, they only boost the voltage up or down.
