edit: it has been pointed out to me by a friend that this is just a blue thunder bomb without a rotation but ive already called it this silly name so im staying embarrassing myself

also that i could have just used the fireball bomb as a base instead of taking things from 5 different moves and using custom frames lmao, the curse of me still learning the moves in this game
