Increased Population

After much mucking around in the files of this wonderful game I finally found what I wanted. I wanted to try playing with larger colonies, and 13 seemed too few to me. Don't know if anyone will like this mod, but here it is in case others would like to play with it.

What does it do?
A : This mod increases the population cap from 13 up to 30.

Does it work?
A : Tested in game and I'm at fourteen villagers and two children.

What it doesn't do?
A : This doesn't add any means of scrolling through the villagers, so the images end up going off the top of the screen. I'm not skilled enough to fix this, nor to relocate the images to make them have multiple rows. Anyone that uses the mod is advised that you WILL have to look for your people after the top of the list goes off the screen.
