Nicer Nebulae

This is a simple mod I prepared whilst updating my main mod, Wild Space. It changes the graphic for all nebulae on the galaxy map to both enhance their appearance and to reduce the brightness of the graphics. The latter is the main purpose, as the Vanilla and all other modded nebulae are really much too bright when the nebulae are significantly increased in size.

This only touches the nebulae graphic and should be compatible with everything. Just place it below other galaxy graphic mods in your load order.

This will be rolled into Wild Space in due course. DONE
