Configs:

-Air_JumpHeightMult:
Player jump height will be multiplied by this value.
Setting this too high can make you fly out of the map and die.

-Air_Control:
How much directional movement control a player has while in the air.
KF2 Default is 0.15, which means 15% of land speed.
So putting it to 1.0 would mean you have as much mobility in the air as you do on the ground.
Setting it above 1.0 will break it and usually be the same as a value of 0.


-Movement_AccelRateMult:
Increase or decrease player movement accleration response speed. ie: strafing.
Does NOT alter general walking/sprinting movement speed.

Passives:

-Fall Damage is removed

Solo:

Open the console command window and then insert this line:
Open <map you want here>?Mutator=Agility.AgilityMutator

So if you want Biotics Lab: Open KF-BioticsLab?Mutator=Agility.AgilityMutator

After inserting the line press Enter.
