[REC] Nautilus class communications vessel

Communications are vital to any navy. With the Nautilus, communications aren't a problem. With a large array of laser antennas the Nautilus can Receive and Transmit from anywhere, making it a critical ship to have in any fleet or navy. On top of this it can double as a spying/ECM ship should a fleet need one. It cannot fly on any planet in the system but can fly on earth's moon. It is also not designed for combat but does have a hangar to store a defensive craft such as a Kendric or Nanite interceptor.
